i’m going to be a pirate tomorrow night for an (early) halloween party.  i think this means i can speak as profanely as i want and not get any double-takes.

i just ate a bag of tootsie rolls.  i’ve developed horrible eating habits since law school started.  that bag of tootsie rolls is the only other thing i’ve eaten, aside from an italian sausage (really…it was just a sausage) after class.

i’ve lost 6 pounds since returning home from china…and i was even heavier in china…insanity.

i’ve been aching for a new tattoo and i’ve finally decided what it should be:

humanity.

it has two meanings and i think both meanings are important to remember and to live for.  i might even get it in plain font…nothing fancy.  because when i’m sixty i might not like the gangsta calligraphy…so it might just be plain typeface….i’ll post it when i get it…and that’ll be the first time i post a tattoo…but i think i’ll be really proud of this one.

my brother, billy, fucking rocks.  he just does.  i went to the tour that blue man group is doing, across the country, and he rocks so hard that he got his own skit in the show.  it’s called: billy in a box and it’s awesome.  i must post photos:
